Clear every countertop, put away toiletries, dish racks, trash cans, pet bowls and personal photos, make the beds, open the blinds, and replace burnt-out bulbs so every light can be on. Move cars out of the driveway and put the hoses and bins out of sight. Angie sends a room-by-room prep checklist when the shoot is booked.
Within 2 to 3 business days, sized for MLS and the major listing sites. If the list date is tight, give the date when you inquire, and Angie will tell you whether the shoot and delivery can be scheduled ahead of it.
Most interiors look best on a bright day when the rooms get the most daylight. Exteriors are timed for when the sun is on the front of the house, which depends on the direction it faces. Twilight exteriors are shot in the window around sunset, so they are scheduled as a second visit or at the end of the shoot.
Not as part of these packages: the shoot is still photography of the interior and exterior. Ask when you inquire if your listing needs more, and Angie will tell you what she can include. The edits correct color and exposure and never add, remove or change features of the property.
