Move cars out of the driveway and put the hoses and bins out of sight. Angie sends a room-by-room prep checklist when the shoot is booked.

Most interiors look best on a bright day when the rooms get the most daylight. Exteriors are timed for when the sun is on the front of the house, which depends on the direction it faces. Twilight exteriors are shot in the window around sunset, so they are scheduled as a second visit or at the end of the shoot.
